Return Policy

  1. We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. The return period begins from the date of delivery.

  2. To initiate a return, customers can reach out to our sales support team via email or phone. Once the return request is approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will either issue a full refund or store credit to the customer on a case-by-case basis.

  5. The cost of return shipping is borne by Ebony Woodcrafts. However, the shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Break and Damage during Transit Policy

  1. In case the product is received broken, damaged, or in unfit condition, we provide either a full replacement or store credit to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
  2. The customer needs to report the damaged or broken product within 72 hours of receiving the product to our sales team via email or phone contact.
  3. Our team will be asking for proof of damage in which case the customer has to provide clear, visible images of the damaged product to our team via email or text.
  4. The team will process this query within 48 hours, and if approved, the store credit will be provided to the client in the form of coupons immediately, which the customer can redeem anytime in the next 12 months. In some cases where the proof or burden is not found to be of the company, the team may provide part amount of the product in the form of coupons.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
